Our Story

It all began with my father’s pizzeria, Salvatore’s, which was my home away from home as a kid. Some of you may remember Salvatore’s Pizzeria in Warren from 1982 to 2000. There, I learned from a young age what I was passionate about; family and pizza. I spent countless hours observing my parents as they worked tirelessly to make delicious pizza and provide exceptional customer service on busy Saturday nights. They taught me the importance of hard work and using only the highest quality ingredients. These lessons have stayed with me throughout my life. My dad would teach me the techniques he first developed in his original pizzeria in Sicily. After a combined 25 years in the pizza business, my father decided to retire in 2000. However, my passion for pizza never dwindled. 22 years later, as I cook for my family, the desire to start my own pizzeria has been reignited. My wife and I decided to start our journey together in the pizza industry. After a year of perfecting my dough recipe, I am excited to unleash my pizza creations to the world. My pizza is made with only the freshest ingredients and cooked to perfection, resulting in a truly outstanding taste. Some say, “It’s too good!”
